My name is Cheryl Reynolds and I am your host, so this podcast is for my intuitive people, my empaths and my INFJs, because you all understand what it is like to be in your head all the time when you feel anxious and overwhelmed, when you feel like your boundaries are not keeping you safe or when you feel energetically like you just can't connect to that deep part of you that is so important and that is your ability to feel the energy around you, to connect with other people and, on top of that, to find your space of Zen. See, as intuitive people, we need that deep connection, not only with others, but with ourselves, and when we don't feel good, it affects everything we do. Now, I feel what is more important than calm is being centered, because when you're centered, you find your flow, you're in your best version of who you are, you feel empowered, you feel self-assured. Not only that, this is the place where your intuition thrives and synchronistic events happen all the time for you, because I know they do, because they also do for me when we're in a good state of mind. Now, if you don't know who I am, I have been a coach since 2011,.
Speaker 1:A former registered nurse, a former spiritual facilitator, a murder mystery writer. Yes, you didn't hear that wrong A murder mystery writer and a child-free cat mom by choice. But beyond that, I like to keep my life simple. I love my coffee, I love my cats, I love cozy days, just wrapped up and reading a book or going to some events. I love to just going to some events. I love to just, you know, become mindful and just enjoy the simple things in life. And I also love my crystals and stones. But more than that, what really lights me up is when I get to see the facial expressions of people who have found their center. That moment of awe is priceless.
Speaker 1:On this podcast, I am going to provide you with actionable steps, some insightful ideas, much needed humor, and I'm going to sprinkle some spirituality and some Zen on top of everything, because we can all use some Zen. I am not going to edit this podcast much, but I do edit out a lot of my breathing because you may notice, if you catch some of it, I sound like a sleaze stack, and if you know what a sleaze stack is, you're my people. So this podcast will definitely be on the shorter side. I will be here every week because I don't know about you.
